ACADEMICS

FAU’s main campus is in Boca Raton and this is where over 70% of students begin their academic career.

Ocean Engineering is a strong program as is Architecture. Students in this 5-year program begin in Boca and then finish in the school of Architecture located in downtown Fort Lauderdale.

SOCIAL LIFE

With 4,000 students in main campus dorms, the university's overall population reaches 30,000, accounting for local community classes and satellite campuses.

Boasting 18 Division 1 sports teams, a huge entertainment and sports complex, a 2,500-seat performing arts center,  300 on-campus clubs and student organizations and an active Greek life.
